Welcome to the Printables section for Southwest Florida College's Distance Education Program. The navigational links on the left and at the top of this page will provide you with the resources you will need to begin your online experience. In addition to a detailed User Guide, which you can obtain as a hardcopy from your nearest campus' ASC, this section also contains printable documents such as the FAQ sheet, program policies, current and future term schedule of dates, and ASC resource materials as well.

How to Navigate this Site to Download and Print Materials

If you are having difficulty downloading or printing the materials, try the following tips and tricks to make the process easier:

Make sure you have the appropriate software installed to download and view the document.
If you do not have the appropriate software available, you can access the web friendly version (The web friendly versions are more easily viewed through Internet Explorer) of the document and either print or save the page as a favorites in your web browser for easier access.
If you do not have the correct software to download, you can also check the software vendor's website for free downloads of viewer software, such as Adobe Reader or Microsoft's PowerPoint Viewer.
If you have recently installed the applicable software, try refreshing the page or opening a new browser window and this may help eliminate a download or viewing error.

If you are still having difficulty with the materials or if you see an error, please contact the Distance Education Department and specify the issue.
